America World Adoption Association

America World Adoption Association (AWAA) was founded by Brian & Renee Luwis in 1994 after they brought their first daughter, Fei, home from China and felt called to help other families experience the miracle of adoption by facilitating the adoption of orphans, one child at a time.

America World is dedicated to building families according to God’s design of adoption. Our primary work is to help orphaned children find permanent, Christian families. AWAA is also devoted to actively supporting orphan awareness ministries and orphan care projects around the world and in the United States.

America World has grown from a one-man operation to an organization of over 100 skilled professionals. Over the past two decades, AWAA has placed nearly 3,000 children with their forever families. These once hopeless children are now loved as sons and daughters. It is America World’s sincere joy to play a part in uniting families through adoption.
